WTB: Happy Trails bash plate and frame for Girly

I have a 2004 Girly (wire wheel version).

In 2006 I bought the Happy Trails crash bars with the highway pegs, but to save money I didn't get the bash plate and the bolt-on frame that holds it. Now I want to add them, but Happy Trails doesn't make this stuff anymore. :(

Before I try my hand at fabricating one... does anybody have one that's no longer needed?
