need measurements for bracket lower chain guide

hi guys and girls !
need for my 93 tiger the measurments of the bracket where the lower chain guide near the rear suspension is located
im not sure wether this is welded to the frame or a bolt on piece
manual doesnt give the answer so any photo's and drawings would help me greatly
the measurements are for the bracket that holds part 22 thru 25
