Hi All,  :wave Anyone attending?

The arrival event is being held down at Jack Lilley Triumph in Ashford on Saturday July 18th and marks the end of this amazing young man's double world-record-breaking journey!  :eusa_clap

For those who haven't been following, this guy has not only broken the world record for the youngest person to circumnavigate the world by motorcycle (Triumph 800XC) but he's also going to smash the record for the most capital cities consecutively visited (currently stands at 6) by visiting a total of 52!!!! :notworthy

I'll be popping down to meet & greet the young man, so give me a shout if you're going along!  :thumbsup

Thought i'd post a few pics from the arrival event Saturday. As well as the two world records I've previously mentioned, this young man managed to raise over £3000 for the Prince's trust charity & raise awareness of motorcycling to a younger audience! :thumbsup

Since May last year Rhys has managed to clock up a staggering 56800 miles on his beaker, with no breakdowns or malfunctions & surprisingly no punctures!  :^_^

A nicer & more genuine guy you couldn't wish to meet.  :notworthy I had a chance to chat with him briefly about his adventures & he told me that he was truly humbled by the generosity of the people he has met along the way on his global trip. Can't wait to see what he's got planned next!  :icon_biggrin:
