It's time to strip the carbs and clean etc , my question is whether to use genuine o rings etc or cheaper replacements ? The Tiger is a 96 with Mikunis ,

Genu-ine o-rings? Make sure you use genu-ine screws and genu-ine nuts and bolts too  :rfl

Seriously though, if the o-ring matches spec ID and W it's genuine if it comes in Triumph livery or Silverline on the packaging.

I bought a set of carbs a while back, and they came with Keyster service kits.

Same carbs??

You can get the o rings matched but not the bowl seals, if you need those then you can only get them as part of a complete kit (AFAIK) - so if you find they're leaking you'll have to buy the o rings twice.  For £13.50 per carb I think its best to do the lot, just for peace of mind.

Threepots seem worth the money including the complete needle valve.

**EDIT - Apparently World of Triumph do just the bowl seals @ £8.62 ea + postage - so still cheaper as a kit I think.
