My bike had the electrical connection intact.

I purchased a 1999 Daytona 955 top triple tree with switch no key for $15.00 ebay

then I purchased an 06/07/07 Daytona 675 Pillion lock no key $13.00 ebay.

I ordered key blanks $7.00. Pulled the tumblers and made my own keys. Presto done.
