I re did my Steamer lights and color buttons.... much better now.

If your readout is green .... try a green bulb, it may make it more intense.

If it's a white bulb with light filtering through a green plastic disk ....

go to a hobby shop and get some plastic 'gemstomes' that are round and about the same size..... makes a big difference...
