Rear Spring Preload

Hi there. I've had my 93 Tiger for a while and am still experimenting with rear suspension settings. Can anybody tell me the recommended preload range (spring height) for the standard rear spring and shock set up? None of the manuals or sites I've found mention it and even a call to Triumph technical dept didn't help!
