??? front shock question

I have good reason to think that the previous owner cut or change the fork spacers.  Mine is in white plastic, how's yours.  Is someone have the stock lenght of it?

Mine are stock and are black mettal. I don't know the exact lenght but I think it's 100 mm. Maybe someone can verify.
