Has anyone removed and replaced the oil seal behind the front sprocket?  I have a '99 with 50K plus miles on her and I am getting oil drips from this shaft.  I thought it was the gear shift shaft, its not.  I thought it was chain lube, its not.  I now figure it must be coming from the output shaft behind the sprocket.  The oil seal is only $8.00 US but I have not had any experience in this area.  Any advise would help.
