I'm thinking about taking the bike to the Sept. 14th Moto GP at the Brickyard in 2008.

Is there anyone here that is planning on going?  Where do I get tickets and do you think any are available?

My son wants to know if Rossi will be there....

I'll be there. Just walking around taking it all in. General Admission here. I've been to the speedway a few times. ( :D Really a LOT)
Tix have been selling for a while, just recently to the general public, so be aware that seats may not be of your first choice.

There are about a dozen of us from the Cleveland, OH area going to the MotoGP. We have tickets in the South West Vista grandstand. Some are camping and some are moteling.

Very much looking forward to the event.

I typically take one big trip per child in the summer and I'm thinking that will be the one.  I'd probably camp as that's what normally do.  Just curious as to the conditions of the camping area.  Anyone know?

We'll definitely have to connect up as a group as the time comes close and try to meet up while we are there.  I'll know for sure if the trip is going to happen for me sometime in January.

We entered our name in the ticket lottery when the Brickyard announced it some months back , and got our first choice on October 28th, Paddock Penthouse!
Yes!
We've got our rooms already (there booking fast!) and intend on riding the Tiger non stop the 1065 miles from Austin.
There are around eight or more Triumph owners riding up from here.
And yes, I belive that the Doctor will be in the house!
We went out to Laguna Seca last year and its a gas.
Just bring some ear plugs!

Damn!!  That's nice!!

I've always got ear plugs.  Don't ride without them.  Thanks for the input.  Once I get tickets we'll need to some how or another organize a group to meet.

I was finally able to confirm that we could take the trip to the GP and purchased tickets tonight.  I hope to meet as many of you there as possible.   Hopefully we can get organized....
