Don't get me wrong, I love my Tigger, and Triumph build some cracking bikes, but why can't they get the little things right?

Mine has only done 7.5k miles, and needed new rear pads - ten minutes I thought - but they put the retaining pins in dry.  I had to remove the caliper and drill one of them out.  Luckily, I'm and aircraft-trained techy so it went ok, and all I need is a new pin, but all that fuss for the sake of a drop of copper grease????

And no, my Allen (hex) keys are not of dubious quality, I learned not to buy cheap tools years ago.
