How do you adjust the left carb mix screw while on the bike?

Not me on the bike, the carb is on the bike.  I have a skewdriver so I can sorta do the other screws, but for that one it is impossible to get on because of the water pipe coming out of the head.

What am I doing wrong?

Motion pro makes a trick little 90 degree worm-drive screwdriver for that purpose.  It's reasonably priced....if I was in a hurry, I'd find a link for you but I gotta go.... 8)
