Hi all,

I need to remove the fuel tank on my 03 Tiger in order to connect the vacuum pipe from the Scotoiler.

Can anyone who has done this just run me through the procedure for removal of  fuel tank?

Many thanks.

Seat off

Disconnect the battery, and take strap of.

undo bolts that hold battery carrier and take out.

undo bolt that you see when you take plastic carrier,it's at the back of the tank, and one at the front by the head stock

Disconnect two fuel pipes, press clips in and they'll come out.

Also small vacum pipe, just slip off

Just wiggle tank about, and Bob's you uncle!!! just make sure there's not to much fuel, because their a complete shit to pick up!!!!.

And you'll need to remove the airbox to get at the pipes that you need.
