I found mine here.  Great look but it is the most expensive little piece of plastic you'll buy for that bike.  You can also take the stock screen and cut it to the size of the sport and it looks quite good in it's own right.  I believe Fano's bike is like that.

I have a black one. Just the screen and top two plastic screws. One of the screws is a harder start as it is slightly cross threaded. $135 including shipping and PayPal to a verified address.
