I noticed several regulator/rectifiers fs on Ebay for the 900 bikes.  Is this a problem item that might be good to keep handy?

Jetdocx is correct the steamers have very robust alternators and charging systems , ok they tend to rattle but that is all . they don't give up on ya like the achilles heel of the girlies !  :D

Great.  Thanks for the info. Getting ready for winter and don't want to be stuck at work some morning after a 12 hour shift.
