Westminster City council is proposing parking charges for traditionally free bike bays in London. This will spread across London and the UK once councils see it as a money making idea.

for details of a demo ride followed by a meet at the Ace then ride to Ally Pally for the show. Bikers are under attack by the EU, national and local government over parking, emmision, noise and power controls, speeding, congestion charges and more expensive and complicated testing procedures.

We nay not be able to prevent these measures but at least can voice our opposition through biking organisations and demos.
