Just another hazard we have to endure whilst riding. Not enough police out there (in the UK at least) to spot these idiots.
My opinion is that it should be an offence to actually have your phone turned on in the car. Some sort of suppressing device in the car would be a good thing.

Things are not any different out here, getting harder to spot the wee torags doing it as more of them are blacking out the windows and the cops don't seem to be enforcing. The current crackdown campain is, you guessed it, "Noisy motorbike exhausts"  :roll:
