Good independent mechanic or dealer in Washington, DC area?

I have an '06 Tiger with ~10k miles that needs a general service and possibly an early valve clearance check (I'm going on a long trip soon that will push me over the 12k mark, and I figure I may as well do it early). Dealer options here aren't great - Fredericktown Yamaha/Triumph in Frederick, MD and Clinton Cycles in Camp Springs, MD. Ideally, I'd like to find an independent shop who knows Triumph bikes, are good, fair, and care. Any suggestions?
