You help and assistance is required.

I have just ordered a Touring scottoiler, http://www.triumph-online.co.uk/scottoi ... 4961-p.asp, it in Transit to me should arrive today or tomorrow.

Has anyone fitted a Scottoiler to a Girly 955i, I know they have been fitted to a Steamer, one of the guys from the Rat site has sent me piccys fitted to his carb model.

Someone told me they could be fitted to a Tigger as they don't have a vacuum, I am a bit confused.

As above, that's what i had to do with mine...

Mine is also very sensitive.. a slight turn of the dial and oil everywhere, worth noting in case the triumph adaptor has anything to do with it...

Cheers Guys, I thought it could be done,

When I had the touring scotty fitted to the TDM, I had it set about 1 for summer and 3 for winter but heavy ice I set it to 5, but when it snowed it took the car.

Bloody ell Bob, your arse must have been Twitching like a Rabbits nose.

I bare that in mind when I do the mod, I will check throttle position before i fit the tank.

When you fit it, keep it well away from the throttle linkage (you have three pipes to choose from), and tie-wrap everything up nice and neat afterwards and you'll be fine.

All fitted, nothing fowling. The only slight issue I got is the Number plate is now too far forward for the illimination light  :?

I think I wil get some small number plate lights think they are led's and fix them to the plate and run the wires.

something like this

or

I will post piccys soon.

can we have pics on the fitment.

I do have some auto oiler fitted to bike, that was already on there when I bought it, will have to see what brand and how it is fitted.

I think there is no oil in there though?
What oil do you use for such devices, I've never had anything like this on any bike before?
