Here we are again.  I need a tank bag for my 06 Tiger.  Does anybody have any experience with bags on this bike or any thoughts on the matter?.

Thanks in advance

I have Bags-Connection Daybag with Quicklok connection. Works well. :D

Check out Baglux. They do a new line in tankbags for big trailies by Bagster. It's called a Cross'r, comes in two sizes and you don't have to buy the full tank cover- they can be fitted using a much cheaper harness. I just bought one for my 03 Tiger. Only had it a couple of weeks but it seems pretty good.

I bought the Baglux tank cover, but funny, I dont like it so have took it off, plus I think the Cross'R bag which they now do is a bit long for the Tiger tank

I looked at the Bags Connection stuff but it was going to be close to £200 for a decent size bag and the fitting kit, so In Hein Gericke the other day, found this, £55, perfect size and easy to fit.

Easy answer.  Wolfman Explorer lite, holds all the electronics, i-pod, autocom, kenwood walkie-talkie, cell phone charger, radar/laser detector with lots of room left over.  Durable, easy on/off, map window on top, and does not obstruct any of the gauges.

I also have a Bags Connection tankbag called the "engage". It's a medium size bag that clips onto a ring around the gas cap and barely  touches the tank.

The difference between try and triumph is a little umph.

2005 955i Tiger, British Racing Green- plenty of umph

Bags Connection FTW

The tank ring mounting system is unbeatable for not beating the paint and for easy on - off the bike.

I picked up a Nelson Riggs that works great.  I just looped the front strap through the frame near the headset and punched a hole in the rear strap for the bottom gas tank bolt to mount.  It was only about $60 or so for the bag.

Mine only has one strap on the back side though.
