Vent line clogged?

When I finish riding there is a squealing or sucking sound?
Is my vent line clogged or my gas cap screwed?
Is there a way to clear it or does it need "renew" aka replace.

I also have a bit of a problem with "bagging out" like it's not getting enough gas.  Related or just a sync issue?
I'm going to sync the carbs this weekend but wanted to see if anybody had any suggestions.
Thanks, a bunch!

The "squealing" or whistling sound is normal, it proves your gas tank vent is working properly, mine does it and so do most of them!

As for the bogging down, first thing to check is if you have the cap on one of the air boxes?

Pop the fuel filler open.  If there is a large rush of air, you have a restricted vent line.  Some luck has been had clearing the line with a length of wire.
