Going to be doing a couple of sets of fork seals soon, so whats the best, genuine Triumph at £30 a pair or aftermarket at £9.99 a pair?

Anyone used aftermarket with no problems?

My mech changed mine for OEM Honda ones, for an Africa Twin (I think). He said they were identical right down to the makers numbers and substantially less mula.
I used to have long hair, took acid and went to hip joints. Now I long for hair, take antacid and need a new hip joint

I`ve always used original on my other bikes.
Guess its the same for the Tiger then.

I think you have been misquoted. It was for me £7 quid for each oil seal and then £24 for each dust cap. If you are just replacing oil seals the Triumph OEM are cheaper and about the cheapest part I ever bought fromTriumph.  I nearly splurged out and got a spare set at my windfall.

Maybe should have said £30 for the oil seals and dust seals, so that sounds about right.
Just need the oil seals, so will order them from Triumph.  :)
