Other than size/shape issues, is there a problem in using any motorcycle battery in any motorcycle?

How about too of roughly the same nature

I have two tiger ones that are crap (Don't hold a charge well) and two daytona ones that are excellent.  Was thinking about putting one of the  daytona ones in the tiger....
Is it really an adventure bike if its wheels never see dirt?

MY 'Bird and 955i batteries have slightly different ratings (The Tiger has slightly more Amps) but size-wise they are interchangeable and indeed have been when the Tiger's battery failed this spring.
I don't want to achieve immortality through prayer, I want to achieve it through not dying...
