I have the whole shebang. Mounts with key, Black panniers, and the cute little soft bags that go inside. 300 US dollars. OBO
They are in  Vacaville 95688 California, so you can figure shipping.
One mount is slightly bent but works fine. Panniers have a couple of scratches. the inner bags I never really used.
