Post 3 Spoke wheel conversion - Time for tires.... Opinions?

I am looking to get opinions on tires for my 96 post 3 spoke converted Tiger.

I use this as a daily rider commuting to work 40 miles RAIN or shine.
50% of the riding is 65 *cough cough* MPH highway. The other 50% is back streets / 2 lane roads ~ 35 to 55 MPH. the last 10 miles to work are congested city roads.

I am looking for a 100% Street tire (GASP!) since I still have the spoked wheels for getting dirty.

There are quite a few twisty roads getting to the Highway so it makes for a great ride home.

I have the Michelin Road Pilot 3's on the other bike and live their feel.

Opinions please!
