I'm making this tool, but I wonder why the Triumph tool has a side hole in the pipe iso the straight pipe? I don't see any advantage :icon_scratch:

They will both do the same thing
The scale starts at the hole on the triumph one
The scale on Bob's is from the bottom of pipe

I guess the bit below the hold acts like a dipstick if you pull it out after the syringe pulls air and the bit below the hole has film of oil on it your pretty content all is well.  6
