Good question Dan..... They were in my rubber washer box in the shed - they could be from anywhere, they look 'plumbing' like though  :^_^
try a plumbers supplies?  I bought a box of 'assorted plumbing repair seals' from Poundland a while back and there where a few in there - don't know if you have a £ shop near you?
