Avatars uploads

how do we upload our own avatars? I have been using the same one for the last 10 yrs, but I am having difficulty on here.

This has possibly been posteed before, but I am to lazy to look for it  :D

I have gone into profile, 'upload from my puta' submit and nothing,
I have also tried from my photobucket account and again nothing.

this is my Avatar.

from looking at the properties for the avatar you want to use ..............

it is too big !
it shows as 75 x 100 pixel size and the avatars for this site can only be 80 x 80 and a max of 6kb

you just make it on kb at 5.7 but you need to resize it to get within the pixel limitation
