Gas tank/fuel pump compatibility - 885i to 955i

Hey guys,

Anyone can confirm if the 885i gas tank is a direct fit on a 955i?

Also, the 885i fuel pump will work on a 955i? I checked part numbers, and the whole fuel pump assembly and electrical/fuel connections are the same, BUT the fuel pump has a different part no. The fuel regulator is the same, so both FI systems must work at similar pressures, but I'm thinking the pump flows might be different. Anyone has done this before and can confirm?

Same tank,not sure about the pump bit i'd be amazed it it was different,I sold the 885 tank a couple of months ago,but keeped the pump as a spare.
