How to tighten front chain sprocket nut

The new sprockets are on and connected by a new chian.  The Girly is looking good.

Is there any trick to getting the nut which holds the front sprocket tight?  No matter what gear the bike is in the engine turns when I try to tighten the nut.

You need a buddy standing on the brake pedal.

or you can do it yourself with a decent sized torque wrench. Alternatively if you have cast wheels you can put a board between the wheel and swing arm... good to have options when you are lonely wrenching  :D
