Hello All, great forum. I've searched around and can't seem to find a definite answer for my curiosity. I have a 2002 Tiger 955i, stock exhaust, K&N air filter. The Tune ECU maps are by VIN #. There are only 2 maps for my bike- stock and offroad. There are several newer maps for the cast wheel bikes. From what I understand there is no difference with regards to engine and management between the spoke wheel and cast wheel bikes. Wouldn't I want the newest Tiger 955i map or should I try the 10121 (vs. 10173)?

Thanks!!

You want to use the most recently released 10173Map.hex map.

Then, work your IACV, LTFT, and IFT to get your bike running SMOOTH.

Check the "ECU Trim Settings" thread.

Hi v tiger
If you use the 10173 tune make sure you knock out the core plugs in the exhaust can, this will now have same spec as TOR can. The increase in exhaust noise is very small. Using the TOR tune with a standard can will cause many rich mixture problems.
