for those who have booked on the phone, what time of day did you get hold of 'em? I've tried a couple of times so far.. did they take a deposit on a card over the phone?

That does look good but it's not on the route. The ones without a link to the pictures wouldn't work so you'll have to find them on the Ford web-site :-

When I phoned today it was about 13:30 ish and the lady on the end of the phone was thankful for trying to get through so I think they are kinda busy, Just paid in full via debit card. Have been trying for three days.
