Basri...

The guy i bought the bike from gave me engine bars seperately, he told me he did not put them on because they couse vibration...

Can it be true ?

This kind of bars;

I painted the bars but hesitating to put them on. I have the bars only,
no extra parts such as rubber parts or special long screws.
Do i need extra parts or just removing the screws on the bike, put the bars on and using the same screws will be enough..?

Any experience about vibration with the bars on ?

I would like to use them, therefore any information will be apriciated..

This isn't one of my steamers. But I know it pretty well .........
it doesn't vibrate at all from the engine bars .
You will need longer bolts on the front upper head mounts and again down bottom mounts ...I believe the mid rear mounts for the bars use the same bolts that are there already .
Make sure you have the metal piece that goes from side to side in the bottom front of the engine

Basri...

Thank you Mustang,

i am very happy to know that i can put my bars on..

Yes, i have the metal peace.

Now, all i have to do is to buy longer chrome bolts.

Chrome, on a Steamer   surely not
I used to have long hair, took acid and went to hip joints. Now I long for hair, take antacid and need a new hip joint

Here we have strongly hardened steel bolts, and, they are black  :)

Sold only in marine equipment stores, we call them chrome bolts .

Maybe we should name them different...
